I was disappointed with the air conditioning situation. there was none in my room, only a portable fan that didn't help on a hot day. The nearby street noise also made it hard to sleep, which was really frustrating. To top it off, I found out that even bottled water was chargeable, which is something I didn’t expect from a four-star hotel.

Ask for a quiet room if you're sensitive to noise.

I also found the room decor quite dated. Another downside was that the bottled water wasn't complimentary, which surprised me in a four-star hotel.

I enjoyed my stay in the spacious Standard Single Room. The hotel is ideally located for quick access to the train station and the city center, making it very convenient for exploring local restaurants. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection, including options for those on a low-carb diet.

Nice spacious room with a comfy bed and a TV. Nespresso coffee maker and free toiletries were a nice touch. The shower was great and I loved the sauna in the spa. Breakfast had a fantastic spread and the staff were super friendly. Plus, it's super close to the train and subway stations.

The receptionist greeted us with warmth, making the check-in process smooth. We received the same quiet room we enjoyed during our last visit, which was a lovely touch! The city view from our room added a beautiful dimension to our stay, enhancing our overall experience.

I had a lovely time here, especially enjoying the good buffet breakfast and Melvin at reception who helped me with local tips. The sauna and steam room were perfect for winding down after a busy day. There was just a bit too little lighting in my room for reading at night, but overall, I highly recommend it! 😊
